Shipping and returns

SHIPPING COSTS.

In laflordechamberi.com we have several shipping options, although we always ship through courier companies. Shipping costs are between 4 and 10 euros for shipments to mainland Spain, Balearic Islands and Portugal. To know exactly how much your shipment will cost, please note that this will depend on several factors: the destination, the selected delivery time and the weight of the shipment. For purchases over 70 € free shipping to Spain (except Canary Islands) and Portugal.

For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla shipping costs are between 45 and 200 euros.

For international shipments the shipping costs are between 10 and 300 euros.  

The products will be shipped to the address indicated by the user.

The delivery time ranges from 1 to 7 working days for addresses on the mainland and the Balearic Islands and from 5 to 21 working days for deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The delivery time for addresses outside the Spanish territory ranges from 7 to 21 working days. The indicated deadlines will be respected as long as there are no unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances beyond our control.

 If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to go ahead with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, "delivery" or that the order has been "delivered" shall be deemed to have occurred at the time when you or a third party indicated by you acquires material possession of the products, which shall be evidenced by the signature of the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.

Impossibility of delivery. If it is impossible to deliver the order at the address indicated, EL REGALO DE CASTAFIORE, S.L. will try to deliver it to a third party indicated by the customer or try again to deliver it at a later date. If you are not going to be at the address indicated, please contact EL REGALO DE CASTAFIORE, S.L. to arrange delivery on another day.

If within 15 days after your order is available for delivery, the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to EL REGALO DE CASTAFIORE, S.L., we will understand that you wish to withdraw from the contract and we will consider it terminated. As a consequence of the termination of the contract, we will refund all payments received from the user, including delivery charges without any undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which we consider the contract terminated. Please note that the transport resulting from the termination may have an additional cost, so EL REGALO DE CASTAFIORE, S.L. shall not be liable for any additional costs. CASTAFIORE, S.L. shall be entitled to charge you the corresponding costs.
