This 40x60 cm poster represents the French cover that appeared in Le Petit Vingtième nº 36 of September 6th, 1934. Considered one of Hergé's most beautiful creations, the story of the Adventures of Tintin the Reporter in the Far East was published in black and white in the Belgian newspaper's youth supplement between August 9, 1934 and October 17, 1935. It marked a turning point in Hergé's career and sealed his friendship with the sculptor Tchang-Tchong Jen.
