As it usually happens in The Adventures of Tintin, many of the troubles he gets into and escapes from are the result of fortuitous accidents. And so it happens in Cigars of the Pharaoh. When already in India he accompanies Professor Cyclone and Slotsky to the asylum, Tintin ends up in a straitjacket from which he escapes when the ambulance in which he is being transported collides with Cyclone's Lincoln Torpedo, with such bad luck that while fleeing through the jungle he falls into an animal trap and is left hanging from a tree. His luck changes when the Maharaja Ravaputala saves Tintin and invites him to stay in his palace. From there he discovers where the gang of the Kih-Oskh symbol is hiding and stops them. But the fakir manages to escape and kidnaps the Maharajah's son. It is then that Tintin and the Dupondts climb into the red Bolide (from which the policemen fall a second later) and save the child. In gratitude, the Maharajah invites him to stay with them for a while. And it is precisely the Maharajah and his son who are the protagonists, as this beautiful resin figure from The Imaginary Museum of Tintin collection will arrive very soon.

Collectible Tintin resin figurine ABDALLAH AND SKUNK - IMAGINARY MUSEUM

New figurine from the Imaginary Museum collection with two of the most beloved characters from The Adventures of Tintin: Abdallah and Zorrino. Their first appearance is in the albums Tintin in the Country and the Black Gold and Prisoners of the Sun, respectively. Both characters visit the exhibition of the most iconic objects from the Tintin albums along with their friends: Tintin himself, Snowy, Haddock, Professor Calculus, Castafiore and a long corridor of characters.

Collection of numbered resins reproducing the poster of the traveling exhibition Le musée imaginaire de Tintin, inaugurated in 1979. This exhibition collected the most important objects of Tintin's travels: the Arumbaya fetish, Ottokar's scepter, the Unicorn, the mummy of The Seven Crystal Balls, among many others. Walking among these treasures, Tintin is accompanied by his closest friends and co-stars of his adventures. The ninth character of the collection is Nestor, the helpful butler of the castle of Moulinsart, whose first appearance takes place in The Secret of the Unicorn. Once Professor Calculus and Haddock move to live in the palace, Nestor works for them.

The introduction of Oliveira da Figueira's character takes place on board a ship in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea. Our hero meets him when he is rescued by the ship's crew and Oliveira is another guest. The only Portuguese character in the comic saga is a traveling salesman who sells European products in North Africa.

The tenth figurine in the Imaginary Museum's collection is that of the most popular and charismatic female character in The Adventures of Tintin: Bianca Castafiore. The great opera diva appears for the first time in King Ottokar's Sceptre and is always remembered for one of Hergé's great masterpieces, The Castafiore Emerald. The singer visits the exhibition of the most iconic objects from the Tintin albums with her friends: Tintin himself, Snowy, Haddock, Professor Calculus and a long line of characters.

Collectible Tintin resin figurine - SHIVA - IMAGINARY MUSEUM

The ninth figurine in the Imaginary Museum's collection is a reproduction of the god Shiva, one of the most important deities of Hinduism and represents the sacrifice necessary for regeneration after death. This is the religion with the largest number of followers in India, a country that Tintin visits in Cigars of the Pharaoh and at the beginning of The Blue Lotus. The sculpture of Shiva Nataraja, the king of dance, appears on page 50 of Cigars of the Pharaoh when a believer wants to sacrifice Snowy after Tintin's dog has bitten a cow.
